• Reporting Electrical Issues: Report any suspected electrical problems to the Property Manager immediately.

• Smoke Alarms: Do not remove smoke alarms; they are for safety. Change the batteries if needed and report any issues to the Property Manager.

• Safety on Walkways: Ensure walkways and sidewalks are clear of toys, preventing tripping hazards.

• Lighting: Replace outside light bulbs to maintain proper visibility when it's dark.

• Tree Roots: Report any exposed tree roots to the Property Manager.

• Fire Safety: Keep a portable fire extinguisher in the kitchen and garage. Never leave grills unattended if you use a grill or BBQ.
